Asterisk 13 crash frequently solution

 Asterisk may crash if an agent uses the volume controls on the agent screen. In these cases, we comment out the following lines in "/etc/asterisk/extensions.conf" for all dialers and reload Asterisk:


nano /etc/asterisk/extensions.conf

; MeetMe Adjustment Extensions comment out below lines
;exten => _X48600XXX,1,MeetMeAdmin(${EXTEN:2},T,${EXTEN:0:1})
;exten => _X48600XXX,2,Hangup()
